Last month we received a call from a homeowner in the GTA. They purchased a standby generator and had it installed. The gas was incorrectly installed. The gas line wasn’t tagged either. To fix this issue, it would cost the homeowner $650+hst. She reached out to the installer who didn’t return her calls. The installer was found on a local website and claimed they had lots of generator installation experience. We corrected the issue and have added her to our annual service list.
